Consult.Elias was founded by Dr.-Ing. Jörg Elias.
With degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering he started his career as management consultant in a leading global consulting firm. He moved to an automotive OEM where he held management positions in Purchasing, Advanced Engineering, Marketing and Production. Prior to founding Consult.Elias he was an executive search consultant with a leading global executive search firm. He is fluent in German, English and Swedish and has lived in Germany, USA, Sweden and Austria. With this diverse background he is able to have a holistic view on the business with hands-on experience in a multitude of functions.
